Dr. Bimlesh K. Singh, Associate Professor and Head

Dr. Bimlesh K. Singh, Associate Professor and Head, Dept. of English, MGCU, Motihari has been a teacher of English since 1998 when he entered the College services at Chhotu Ram Arya (PG) College, Sonipat (Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana). Besides being a dynamic Professor of English, he has been keenly interested in research and innovation in Education. He supervised the Thesis of 03 Ph.D. Scholars, 50 M.Phil. Dissertations and examined 02 Ph.D. theses and conducted 04 Ph.D. Pre-submission viva voce at Mewar University Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. Moreover, he is a prolific writer. He has 04 books to his credit and 21 research papers published in National and International journals. He has also examined the M.Phil. Dissertations of 05 candidates and conducted their viva voce on at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University Jaipur. He presented research papers in 12 International, 14 National and 02 stale level Seminars/Conferences. He chaired technical sessions in 03 International Conferences/ Symposia. He delivered Extension Lectures at 12 different College/University/State levels. He was Invited as an Expert for Interview at SPIET, Sonipat. His areas of Specialization are Drama studies, Critical Theories, Postmodernism, Cultural Studies, Comparative literature. Besides Academics, has also been actively participating in social activities.
